Before and After pictures of a job I recently finished. I mostly install tile but occasionally I'll restore old tile that has been overrun with mold and mildew. What I did with this job was replaced loose tiles around the tub, scraped out all of the old caulk, cleaned the tiles, and recaulked with mildew proof silicone. I didn't regrout the tiles but that is something I can do as well it just takes more time.
